3 Hazeldene is a welcoming and comfortable apartment, one of eight 1/2 mile from the centre of the South Devon town of Salcombe and 500 yards by footpath from North Sands beach. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin (can convert to double) with a bathroom. On the same level is an open plan living space with great sea views, seating area, dining area, kitchen and sliding doors to a balcony with table and chairs. Outside is a shared lawn garden to one side of the building and a Off road parking in a reserved parking space. In a brilliant position in a very beautiful coastal area, 3 Hazeldene is an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in South Devon.
