The Latches is a detached character country cottage situated in a rural area, within the small village of Torbryan, near Torquay and can sleep six people in one super king-size double bedroom (zip/link) with en-suite, a double and a twin room. There is a ground floor shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, utility, a conservatory with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with ponds and furniture. The Latches is an ideal base where families can relax in comfort and enjoy exploring the surrounding area.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Latches in Torbryan. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Latches's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Enclosed lawned garden with ponds, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are two unfenced ponds in the garden, children to be supervised. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, may be unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.
