Moorings is a stylish and beautiful semi-detached house, in the village of East Portlemouth, boasting panoramic views over the Salcombe Estuary towards Dartmoor. Set in an elevated position, the property enjoys both a roof terrace and enclosed garden with far reaching views. With three bedrooms (two large en suite doubles, and a twin room), and a spacious family bathroom, the property sleeps six guests. Just a short five-minute walk to nearby beaches, the South West Coast Path and the passenger ferry to Salcombe, Moorings is the perfect coastal retreat for a family, or several couples, eager to enjoy Salcombe and its surrounding coast and countryside.
