Perfectly sited midway between the North Devon coast and Dartmoor National Park this modern one-bedroom lodge has an airy feel and is fully accessible with no steps and a fully equipped wet-room style shower. The lodge is one of only eight on a small park with a well-stocked fishing lake in beautiful wooded surrounds with other amenities including a swimming pool with accessible showers and changing rooms. Sleeping either three adults or two adults and up to two children, this dog-friendly site ticks all the boxes. The surrounding area is full to over-flowing with attractions, whether they are peaceful gardens and country houses or lively amusement parks and heritage attractions for all the family.
There is wifi or internet access available at Woodpecker in Ashwater. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Woodpecker's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
