There is also a ground floor bathroom and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a balcony with garden furniture and an enclosed garden to the rear with a patio, outdoor furniture and artificial lawn. No 2 Seabreeze is a homely getaway in an enviable position for exploring Devon.
