Three Views is a stylish and spacious one bedroom apartment situated on the edge of Dartmouths bustling town centre and within just a two minute walk to the popular riverside embankment. Boasting many desirable features, the property offers its guests the opportunity to relax in comfort whilst appreciating excellent views of the surrounding area; taking in the Royal Naval College and Jawbones Hill with views of the river and Kingswear from the higher to lower ferry. In warmer months enjoy lounging in the private garden, alfresco dining on the patio or sundowners on the terrace; in cooler months relax in the cosy &lsquosnug style; sitting room or spread out in the tastefully presented open plan dining and living area. On the doorstep of towns thriving centre, the property is just a short stroll to a host of excellent eateries, pubs and bars, however should a break from Dartmouths many culinary delights be preferred then guests can cook in comfort in the propertys contemporary open plan kitchen or alfresco style on the barbeque and outside table's central fire pit. The whole property has been thoughtfully furnished, including many stylish touches and also comes with the benefit of its own private off-street parking space.
