The property is just a short walk from the town centre and popular Island Street. A very good co-op shop and the Salcombe Gin Distillery & Bar are just a few minutes away. A light and airy open plan living area, parking on site and the fact the property is dog friendly means it covers many attributes people require when looking for a memorable and relaxing Salcombe holiday.
