The Annexe is a ground floor annexe, attached to the owner's home located close to Norwich and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area has a comfortable sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen with a small breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms; a single with a pull-out stacker bed underneath which leads through to a twin room which can be made into a king-size double on request, and both rooms share a bathroom. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, shared use of the owner�s garden and a lovely patio. The Annexe is a great base for exploring lovely Norfolk.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Old Clockmakers in Norwich. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Old Clockmakers's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi & 4G, selection of books, games and DVDs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Lawned garden separated by trellis for your privacy. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Norwich Train Station 1 mile. Note: The twin room is accessed via the single room. Note: There is one small step to access the property. Note: The owner is fluent in Italian. Please note: Please note from May 2019 any future bookings will have main bedroom with twin bed and second bedroom with single bed with a trundle.
Note - The property is attached to the owners' home and they have a large friendly dog. The dog will sometimes use the shared garden area and he will be supervised.
