Hart's House is a welcoming laidback beach house, just a hop, skip and a jump from the harbour at Burnhham Overy Staithe where you can paddle and swim. Boasting lovely sea views from the main sitting room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms, it also features a spacious dining kitchen, a wood burning stove and is only a one-minute walk to a good pub/restaurant.
This relaxed property ticks all the boxes for a great family holiday. Accommodating ten guests when making use of the the sofa bed in the snug, this spacious and well-located holiday house is in a great location, providing the opportunity to make the most of the water and beach which is also in walking distance. The spacious dining kitchen is the heart of the house with a large table and chairs and french doors which lead out onto the rear enclosed patio garden. On cooler evenings snuggle up together and play board games around the wood burning stove.
With a great pub/restaurant in the village, there is an urge to just park the car and enjoy the house and location, the children can walk down to the water and there is an ice cream van usually parked at the bottom of the little habour road during the summer months, which is never too busy.
Bring your kayak and paddle board and explore the creaks, or take a boat and head to the stunning Scolt Head Island which will give you the feeling that you are miles from anywhere with its soft sand and clear waters.
