The open plan kitchen, dining and living space, provides a comfortable and functional room for the whole family to enjoy an evening meal, watch a film or simply relax in front of the gas (log burner effect) fire. All four bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort for that home from home feeling. Nestled in the heart of the Fallapit Estate just outside the village of East Allington, the property enjoys access to 18 acres of private land to explore and a peaceful seating area overlooking the lake to soak up the evening sun. The village of East Allington is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are within just a short drive away. The grounds, location, space and standard of the property will ensure an impressive and memorable family holiday to enjoy quality time together.
