Fuel and power inc. in rent. Allocated parking for one car. Spacious front terrace area with Rattan furniture, with six chairs and four stools, overlooking the estuary. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Shop and pub within 5-minute walk. Please note there are outside 15 steps leading from the car park down to the property and no hand rail.
