Wilburton is a handsome and stylish detached home with large hot tub and beautifully designed, fully enclosed garden overlooking the peaceful meadows, perfectly sited to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Just 3 miles from the beautiful beaches of Mothecombe and close to the harbour of Newton Ferrers, Noss Mayo and of course the stunning Dartmoor National Park, this gloriously comfortable property, purchased as a working farm in 1960, has been totally refurbished, the interior beautifully designed with country styles and comfort in every room. Set adjacent to a small equestrian yard and smallholding, Wilburton is located under a mile from the village of Yealmpton with its excellent gastro pub, various eateries and village shops, and provides the perfect base from which to enjoy the fabulous surrounding area. Superb private equestrian facilities adjacent, holiday livery may be organised directly with owner.
