With the National Trust owned St Boniface Downs creating a verdant micro-climate, Orchard Leigh Cottage nestles in the beautiful village of Bonchurch and just a few steps away from the local pond which is a haven for wildlife. Nearby Bonchurch Beach is just a short stroll away, and guests can easily walk to the Victorian seaside town of Ventnor and enjoy the large variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.

This attractive cottage has a modern open-planned layout on the ground floor including a comfortable seating area for watching television, a bright well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table and chairs. There are doors out to the courtyard garden at the front of the property where guests can enjoy alfresco dining. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, and there is a separate utility room.

Perfect for a small family or couples retreat, Orchard Leigh Cottage is a bright and well-appointed holiday home and an ideal base for enjoying the delights of this wonderful island.
