Open plan living on first floor, kitchen with with electric oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster and a Tassimo coffee machine.seating area with corner sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, Roberts radio, USB music player, books and games. French windows open to balcony with patio furniture. Dining table to seat 6. Small patio area, small balcony, accessed from the sitting room, (both areas supplied with garden furniture). Parking spaces available close to the property.

Well located to explore Snowdonia & Anglesey. A 5 minute walk to local gastro pub.
