A bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC, kitchen and sitting dining room with TV, dining table and chairs for four, patio doors onto a balcony.

Electric heating, Electric Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV. WIFI. Fuel and power inc.in rent. Bed Linen and towels inc in rent. Allocated parking for one vehicle. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and Pub within 5-minute walk.
