Holly Lodge is situated in a prime location on the leafy Georgian square ‘The Buttlands’ in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, an historic fishing port and popular seaside resort on the north Norfolk coast.
Holly Lodge boasts a lovely open-plan living area downstairs that allows the whole family to be together in one area. There are two sets of french doors out to the secure garden to the rear and the whole house has a bright and airy feel.
This property forms part of a three house terrace comprising Holly Cottage (sleeps two), Holly House (sleeps eight) and this property Holly Lodge. All three are completely self-contained and have private secure gardens which are individually fenced and could be booked together for large family gatherings or parties. The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands between The Globe and The Edinburgh, just one minute's walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
