A beautifully presented first floor apartment situated in a quiet, leafy residential area close to the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Flat 4 Smugglers Cove is a beautifully presented first floor maisonette in a quiet, leafy position surrounded by mature trees, and just five minutes walk to the quayside and interesting local shops.
The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. The apartment feels light and spacious with a wood effect floor throughout. The kitchen overlooks the shared terrace garden with a full length door and juliet balcony. It is ideally located for all the shops, restaurants and the North Norfolk coastal path, and has the added bonus of two allocated off road parking spaces. There is an attractive electric stove-effect fireplace in the sitting room which gives a really cosy feel on cooler evenings.
The terrace is sunny and shared with three other apartments. A wonderful bolt hole to explore the whole coast.
