Leap House is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the market town of Wareham just nine miles from Poole in Dorset. The cottage can sleep five people in one king-size double bedroom, one twin room and one single together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private rear patio with furniture and a front enclosed garden. Leap House is a lovely cottage to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Note: There are 6 steps up, and down from the raised patio and parking area, which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note - If you have an electric car, you may charge it at £5 per charge per car - this money will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond - please inform owner if you need to charge your car.
