With two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests, this apartment is perfect for a romantic break or a getaway with friends.
The property consists of a fabulous modern kitchen with high quality appliances and full range of accessories, two full size shower rooms, open plan living space and dining area with 77” Home Cinema OLED Smart Television. Immaculate furnishings and beautifully decorated throughout.
Enjoy days spent by the sea with the famous Rock Beach and Polzeath just six miles away. Or explore the Camel Trail; a permissive cycleway that provides a recreational route for walkers, runners, cyclists and horse riders. The 17.3 mile long trail is flat, running from Padstow to Wadebridge and Bodmin. Wind down in the evenings on the private balcony, and enjoy far reaching views of the Camel Estuary. Or walk into the town and grab a bite at one of the fine pubs or restaurants that Wadebridge has to offer. Please note due to the 4ft small double bed this property may only suitable for a maximum of 3 adults (or 2 adults & teenager - not suitable for small children).
