This wonderful cottage sleeping 4 is quietly tucked away in the English countryside in one of the finest areas of Britain known as the Blackdown Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a 5 minute drive from the M5.
The Linhay is a lovely cottage that is most welcoming and furnished to a high standard with everything you would need for a memorable holiday. This spacious property is comfortable and inviting with a real fire to make for a cosy retreat in the country.
The Linahy is a real delight and forms part of Smithincott Barton home to the owners who live in the adjoining farmhouse, along with there range of small farm animals, including sheep and chickens that produce free range eggs whcih are often available. Guests are also welcome to explore the owners surrounding fields or climb the hill to watch the sunset.
The Linhay also welcomes up to two well behaved dogs and has the benefit of a lovely garden to the rear (not enclosed) with a seating area with table and chairs - perfect for a spot of alfresco dining.
The village of Uffculme, complete with café, shop and pub is also just a mile away, perfect if you want to leave the car at home for the day.
