Brook Farm is situated in a peaceful location with a brook running past the edge of the garden and plenty of local walks to enjoy, the hamlet of Washbourne is just 1.5 miles from Harbertonford, with its village pub and handy shop/post office. Brook Farm sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms, with two en suites and a family bathroom. There is a comfortable lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a large, private garden mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and trees. To the side of the property is a paved patio with seating and outdoor dining furniture. There is a brook that runs around the edge of the garden (fenced off). Brook Farm is ideal for a family countryside break.
