Austwick is a ground floor apartment located close to the village of Tosside in Lancashire. Set across the ground floor, with three bedrooms, including one double with en-suite shower room and two zip/link twin bedrooms, this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also includes a bathroom, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for 2 cars, a shared lawned area with patio and on-site facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, a children's play area, a games room and a pub with restaurant. Austwick offers a fantastic base, perfect for families with on-site facilities and nearby attractions.

Shared use of games room with pool table, table football, table tennis & games machines. Two Shared children's play area's with swings, climbing frames, slides and a zipwire. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 250 yards from the property. Note: Swimming pool, games room, children's play area & launderette shared with Bowland Fell Park, a 4 star rated park, situated approx 250 yards from the property. Note: Swimming Pool fees apply; For one session it is £3 for adults, £2 for children and £1 for under 5's. A family pass for a week is £36. Note: Associated noise from local fox hunt may be heard at times. Note: On-site restaurant open from Wednesday to Sunday only.
