Situated right on the seafront, Lower Reeds is a comfortable ground floor apartment ideal for couples wanting to experience the beauty of the South Devon coast, love walking with the dog along coastal paths and enjoy pottering around the shops and markets of nearby Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The living room extends to a fully glazed dining area where its easy to spend hours relaxing and just watching the sea. The popular Start Bay Inn serves great seafood, the Seabreeze cafe is a great place to loiter and watch the world go by. The Torcross Ley nature reserve, a haven for bird wildlife just behind the apartment and for those who like exploring further afield Dartmoor is easily accessible and a trip to Cornwall is a very pleasant day out. Please Note: As Lower Reeds is a ground floor apartment in an older building, inevitably during busy holiday periods some noise will be transmitted from the apartment above.
