Sea View Barn is a unique property with five double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 adults in a beautiful location on the coast at Titchwell. Only two miles from Brancaster and Thornham, Sea View Barn boasts uninterrupted sea views and those huge Norfolk skies from most of the rooms and especially from the upstairs sitting room which has a wood burning stove and a wall of glass leading onto a balcony.
This extremely spacious and stunning barn conversion (6000 sq feet) has four separate living areas in the house in which to relax and a good sized garden to enjoy. The garden is sheltered and completely private and offers fabulous views over the field behind the barn and out to the sea. One of the most lovely features of the barn is the number of large doors that open out to the both the garden to the rear and the courtyard to the front. One of the sitting rooms has large doors on both sides to bring the inside in. There is a formal dining room with seating for ten and a smaller dining/breakfast area in the kitchen.
With parking for numerous cars, an outdoor run for pets and just a short 15-minute stroll down a quiet path to the beach where you may spot seals frolicking in the lagoon, Sea View Barn is undoubtedly a very special place to enjoy a holiday on this beautiful stretch of the North Norfolk coast.
In the village of Titchwell, you also have the choice of two restaurants right on your doorstep; Titchwell Manor which has been awarded a third AA rosette for its restaurant (which also offers informal dining in their Eating Rooms) and Briarfields Hotel, with a lovely decked area overlooking the marsh, RSPB bird reserve and a children's play area. From the barn you can walk to the famous RSPB bird reserve and therefore may well see many of its residents when sitting in the back garden.
The fabulous Thornham deli/cafe/store is a 25-minute walk away or just a five minute drive by car. Here you can buy newspapers, some of the best local produce in the area or simply pop in for breakfast, lunch or coffee and a slice of cake! What could be nicer?
