The Old Malt House is a 200-year-old property that has been beautifully converted to provided spacious accommodation and sits on the edge of the picturesque village of South Pool. There are four bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, with two en suites and one bedroom offering bunk beds. On the first floor is a spacious open plan living areas with a high quality well equipped modern fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs to seat 8, a separate children’s playroom and with a cinema room located on the ground floor. Bi-folding doors lead from the dining room out onto a decked balcony offering views over the creek with, to the rear, a landscaped walled garden with numerous mature shrubs providing a distinctly Mediterranean feel and parking for 2-3 cars off road in front of the house. The Old Malt House provides the perfect location for a special family holiday, whether you want to sit and relax enjoying the tranquil water views or, for those more energetic, boats and stand-up paddleboards can be launched from the nearby pontoon.
