Catkins is a delightful detached cottage in a quiet area of Devon. There are four bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom, and the property is suitable to sleep a maximum of six people. Inside there is a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room, conservatory, utility, and a children's playroom. Externally is a lovely hot tub next to a patio with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a private games room. Catkins makes a fantastic holiday home for a large family gathering in the lands of Exmoor National Park.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Catkins's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
