Brook Edge Lodge is a compact, detached lodge situated in a private corner of the South Lakeland Leisure Village, which benefits from excellent on-site facilities and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked patio with furniture. Brook Edge Lodge is a lovely holiday cottage.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Brook Edge Lodge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Brook Edge Lodge. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub on site. Note: Property accessed by 4 steps so may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Lake on site and brook to rear and side of the lodge, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There may be some minor road noise experienced. Note: Additional charges for use of leisure facilities as follows. Individual adult £10 per day, £26 for 3 days and £50 per week. Individual child £6 per day, £16 for 3 days and £30 per week. Family pass (up to 2 adults and 3 children) £20 per day, £56 for 3 days and £120 per week. Under 4s free of charge. Note. The park is closed from 6th of January till the 12th of February.
