This charming one bedroom shepherd’s hut, ideal for a romantic break for two, was upgraded to a brand new, larger hut in October 2018. It has been beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished to ensure that you have everything you need for your relaxing holiday. You will find tranquillity, total privacy and the perfect escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Inside the hut there is a well-equipped kitchen, seating area and a separate sleeping area with a king size bed, with a wall-mounted television, and a private bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The hut has its own garden with a hot tub to help you unwind, along with a pretty patio area with a gas barbecue and chiminea. There is also a further wooden outbuilding with additional cooking facilities.
Barleywood is surrounded on three sides by high hedging (with fencing behind so totally secure) with the only open area offering fabulous rural views across the neighbouring fields to the woodland beyond. Look out for hares, deer and the occasional quartering barn owl.
