Hansel Cottage is an utterly charming Grade II listed cottage nestled at the top of a valley along a no through lane with a beautiful woodland garden and sun trap terrace. This four-bedroom home is sympathetically refurbished with plenty of space for all ages, including the four-legged family members! This home has so much to offer the garden for glorious summer days relaxing in the sun or on one of the benches tucked under the trees, a cosy dining room with a log burner for ambient festive meals, a table tennis table and pool table for friendly competitions on rainy days. A truly special and tranquil home for friends and family to enjoy the delights of Devon from! Hansel is a small and tranquil hamlet just a couple of miles from the popular village of Slapton with two great pubs, and the Slapton Ley Nature Reserve (a Site of Special Scientific Interest) just a mile from the village itself sits the glorious and historic two-mile, dog friendly stretch of Slapton Sands beach, with Torcross village at South West end. From the coastal road the towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge can be reached within thirty minutes, and a little further on from Kingsbridge is the sailing mecca of Salcombe, which can also be reached on the foot ferry from the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth. Dartmoor is just a forty-minute drive also, and there a host of other attractions for all ages, including Woodlands Leisure Park within easy distances.
