The Bothy is a superb well-equipped barn conversion presented to an excellent standard throughout and is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies on the outskirts of the village of Slapton with Torcross, and its intriguing history and unspoilt shingle beach close by. There are two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, bedroom one is furnished with a zip and link super king-size bed (which can be separated into two singles beds on request) and bedroom two is furnished with a king-size bed. The shower room is fitted to a high standard with large walk-in shower cubicle with rain-head shower and separate hand -held attachment. The open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is furnished to a high quality with modern co-ordinating furniture, a feature wood burning stove and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. To the side of the property is a large decked terrace with a glass balcony and outdoor furniture with a further lower level gravelled terrace with firepit available for guests to enjoy, both enjoying wonderful countryside views across the valley and with ample parking for up to four cars on the gravelled drive. The Bothy offers luxury accommodation for a small family or two couples, and is a paradise for bird watchers.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Bothy in Slapton. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Bothy's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
