Located at the top of the popular seaside town of Salcombe sits this delightful light and spacious house with far reaching sea and estuary views, great outside space and private parking. The property is within a 15 minute scenic walk down to the town centre and close to the very popular North Sands beach (car 1 mile, walk 0.5 mile). This detached property has been newly furnished and equipped to the highest standards with Neptune furnishings and Vispring super king size beds. The tastefully furnished large lounge and conservatory area which has lovely sea and countryside views makes a great place for both dining and entertaining. There are also outdoor options for relaxing with both a good sized private garden and large balcony. The property has the added rare bonus of having a ground floor bedroom with an en suite shower room.
