43 The Salcombe, situated in one of the most sought after buildings in Salcombe is located in the very heart of the town within easy walking distance to a great selection of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to popular sandy beaches. No.43 has a fantastic balcony off the lounge and both enjoy simply stunning views over the Salcombe Estuary. The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens and use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of 'The Salcombe' only). Please note that this property is only suitable for a maximum of 3 adults.

Open plan living area with lounge area with sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat up to 4 people and access to balcony with estuary views. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box and microwave. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobe and views of the estuary. Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds (restricted headroom on parts of top bunk and top bunk not suitable for children under the ageof 7). Family shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room on the ground floor of the buiding.
