Yardarm is a delightful, spacious period town house, situated on Devon Road in Salcombe, within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront. The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms with one family bathroom, shower room, and a further shower cubicle and w.c. with basin in the utility room. There is a contemporary kitchen, and a light and airy lounge/dining room, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (plus shower). Outside there is off road parking for up to four cars, as well as a balcony with patio table and four chairs, accessed by the ground floor bedrooms. This delightful and spacious town house is ideal for a family or couple looking for a central Salcombe location to explore the town and picturesque waterfront, which are just a short walk away.
