Just a few minutes’ walk from Salcombe’s boutiques, restaurants and famous waterfront, as well as the Batson slipway, Jot Cottage is a well presented 19th Century stone mid terrace fisherman's cottage. The property accommodates up to six people in three bedrooms (two doubles – one en suite – and one twin), and has a family bathroom. The property also features a stylish sitting room with wood burning stove, a kitchen/dining room and ground floor cloakroom. Outside is a fantastic rear terrace area with seating and a barbecue. The property is ideal for a family or one/two couples and is finished to an exceptionally high standard.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Jot Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
