Hillsbrook is a spacious three-bedroom house situated on a quiet, tree lined residential road approximately 10-15 minutes downhill walk to Salcombe town centre. It has three bedrooms, one en suite and an additional shower room. There is a cosy sitting room, modern kitchen, sunny conservatory and South facing garden with mature gardens and terrace. Off road parking for 2/3 cars is provided and Wi-Fi is available. Hillsbrook is ideal for families wishing to enjoy a harbour town and nearby sandy beaches.
