Located within a few minutes’ level walk of Salcombe’s town centre and pretty waterfront, Blueboat Cottage is a very well presented and recently refurbished dog-friendly stone terraced cottage, perfect for a family or couple. The property has two bedrooms and one shower room, sleeping up to four people. The property also has a delightful open plan living area and a parking permit provided, for the main car park, a short walk away. Outside, to the front of the cottage is a small communal area with wooden bench. Whether you are planning a walking break with your partner and dog, or are looking for a well-located base within easy reach of the beach for your family summer holiday, this is a wonderful option!
