At the upper end of Devon Road, within walking distance of Salcombe's shops, quayside and restaurants, sits the superb dog-friendly detached property Blackstone Cottage. With three bedrooms (two double, one twin), plus a family bathroom, and shower room, the property accommodates six people. There is also a beautifully fitted kitchen, large sitting/dining area and delightful south facing lounge with a large window and French doors leading out to the garden. Outside is a lovely lawn, and a south facing sun terrace with table, chairs, and a barbeque – plus parking for two cars. Equally suited to families or couples, Blackstone Cottage is a lovely base for those looking to enjoy Salcombe’s highlights.
