4 Bolt Head is stunning first floor apartment set in a complex of luxury properties, offering spectacular views over the Salcombe estuary and the South Sands beach below. Located a short walk away from South West Coastal Path and the popular National Trust property “Overbecks” the seaside home of inventor Otto Overbeck. Sleeping four, the apartment has two bedrooms, one en suite, an elegant family bathroom and an open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room. Two sets of French doors lead out separate balconies with patio tables and chairs. 4 Bolt Head is a fabulous apartment ideal for couples or a family with older children looking to enjoy a family seaside break.
