Sage Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in the town of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one room with a single day bed. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room and a ground floor bathroom. Outside, there's roadside parking and an enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Sage Cottage is a lovely cottage for exploring all this island has to offer.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Guests can load/unload and park in the lower half of the street (2 minute walk from the cottage) at any time. There is parking available in the upper half of the street before 6am and after 8pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. There is also additional parking in neighbouring streets. Bike storage. Front, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, restaurants, cinema and beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property does not accept infants or children under 14.
