This comfortable and contemporary property has been completely renovated, offering a charming and high standard retreat. Rock with its renowned outdoor leisure facilities, including sailing and all kinds of water sports, plus golf, coastal walks and stunning beaches, making this location a perfect holiday get away. The very popular Rock eateries and pubs plus the well-known famous restaurants nearby in Port Isaac and Padstow, make this location highly desirable. Please Note: Short breaks may be available.

Shower room:Ground floor with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Afront to back room with king size 5ft bed,wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Family bathroom: with shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 4:Afront to back master bedroom with 4ft 6 in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa.
En-suite shower room: Walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC, ladder radiator.
