Kitchen with electric double oven and four-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A dining table and chairs are to one side. Living area with leather sofas, a flame-effect electric fire, TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead onto the balcony with table and chairs. Patio with outdoor furniture.
