Seldom Seen is located half an hour's drive from Glenridding village next to Lake Ullswater in the Lake District. The house can sleep 2 adults and 2 children and has two bedrooms, one main bedroom and one bedroom with a built-in bunk bed. On the ground floor is an open plan sitting area with a wood burning stove and a kitchen with flagstone floors. Offering great views of the fells, the outdoor lawn area has somewhere to sit and on-street parking on the track. Not far from Glenridding, there’s access to convenience shops, pubs and hotels serving country food. Perfect for exploring Helvellyn and Lake Ullswater, Seldom Seen offers a quintessential outdoorsy summer or cosy winter stay.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Seldom Seen's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
