With stunning ocean views, St Elmo is idyllically located on the coastal path between Polzeath and Daymer Bay.
This spacious and light filled property provides generous accommodation and is ideal for large gatherings of family and friends. Many of the rooms are dual aspect with plenty of patio doors and windows flooding in the sunshine and taking full advantage of this special location and its views. Downstairs, choose between two kitchens; one with a four oven Aga and large dining area; and the other with an electric hob and oven; a utility room; study; two cloakrooms; and a large sitting room, complete with a cosy wood burning stove. One of the six bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, with a super-king size bed (can be configured as twin single beds on request), its own access to the patio area and sea views, and an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, enjoy more sea views from the balcony on the spacious landing area as well as from four of the five first floor bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate family bathroom.
Outside, a large patio area is the perfect spot to fire up the barbecue and drink in the beautiful North Cornish sunsets. The natural garden leads to the coastal path and is only a ten-minute walk to the surfing paradise of Polzeath and the family and dog friendly beach of Daymer Bay. The watersports haven of Rock and the famous St Enodoc golf links are nearby. From Rock, catch the daily ferry to the fishing harbour of Padstow, home to Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworths Michelin star No.6.
