This beautifully renovated and updated two bedroom cottage is set right in the heart of the charming fishing village of Polperro.
The property has been sympathetically modernised with en-suites shower rooms for both first floor bedrooms and a sparkling new kitchen fully equipped on the ground floor.
It has a small front courtyard to sitting in and watch the world go by, plus a little paved rear garden/terrace area with seating to catch the afternoon sun.
The harbour village of Polperro offers a great number restaurants, pubs and independent shops as well as the essentials such as post office, bakers and grocery shops only minutes away. The dramatic and pretty coastal path if a stroll away in the village, for those who wish to explore this beautiful coastal area.

On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Sunways Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
