Holly Barn is one a small group of holiday cottages on a small farm complex in the village of Goonhavern near Perranporth. The barn can sleep up to five people in three bedrooms that have the use of a separate bathroom and shower room. On one level the open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area, warmed with an electric woodburner-effect fire. Patio doors lead into spacious shared gardens with seating and play equipment for children. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Perfectly placed for actions packed family holidays on the coast, Holly Barn makes a great choice for families and friends.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture and play area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop/pub 1 mile. Beach 3 miles. Note: Can be booked with Pine Barn. Note: This property is access via a unmade track.
