4 The Yealm is situated in a picturesque corner of the River Yealm, within “The Yealm” development of luxury apartments, in the popular yachting village of Newton Ferrers. With beautiful waterside views and private terrace this first floor apartment (top right of building pictured) offers a peaceful retreat in the perfect spot to enjoy the activity on the water at any time of the year. Two beautiful double bedrooms each with en suite facilities, and a beautiful open plan living space and kitchen which is flooded with natural light from the large bay windows overlooking the estuary below. As well as the public jetty immediately below the development, residents of The Yealm also have access to a private jetty below, exclusively which gives direct tidal access to the water.
There is wifi or internet access available at 4 The Yealm in Noss Mayo. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
