Curved and articulated to make the most of the wonderful estuary views, with private terraces and direct access to further communal garden areas and woodland, there is also a private quay below, giving foot access to the water, exclusively for residents of the Yealm. (Permits payable locally if launching paddleboards and kayaks etc)
