Meadowlea Cottage is a detached property resting on the outskirts of the town of Ivybridge. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with a king-size double with an en-suite shower and two single bedrooms. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with table and chairs. Meadowlea Cottage is a superb base for exploring the coast of Devon.

(Bens Farm Shop in Yealmpton or Co-op in Newton Ferrers is 4.5 miles). Note: Check in time is 6pm onwards and check out is by 11am.
