This superbly appointed property has been beautifully refurbished to provide all the comfort and amenities you need for a wonderful Cornish holiday. The sitting room boasts large, comfy sofas where the whole family can snuggle up and enjoy a film on the 50 inch Smart television. The part open-plan layout then leads through into the stunning dining kitchen with its modern, high gloss units and and large dining table with seating for eight guests. A separate utility room keeps the washing machine and tumble dryer out of sight and guests also have use of the integral garage for storing away buckets and spades. Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with television along with the spacious family bathroom with its free standing bath and separate shower.
Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a shower room; the master bedroom with its superb, south facing balcony, a super-king size bed and a television, this room can also be configured as a twin if required and on request; a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, ideal for children.
From the sitting room, french doors lead out to the south facing raised deck and large paved garden where a surf store is equipped with two surf boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment.
