The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for families or couples looking for a countryside location near the coast. The pretty garden enjoys sun throughout the day and a Woodburner in the lounge also makes this cottage the perfect choice for cosy out-of-season breaks. Comfortably accommodating up to five guests in three bedrooms, it also has the added convenience of Musbury village general store, post office and pub close by. Conveniently situated to make the most of the rural and coastal charms of the East Devon and Dorset area. The cottage is only 3 miles from the coast at Axmouth and two miles from the attractive market town of Axminster and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's famous River Cottage Farm. Musbury village has a good general store, post office and traditional pub and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage farm is close by. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a haven for walkers with many footpaths and quiet laneways criss-crossing the local countryside. The property is only about 3 miles from the coast at Axmouth and the pretty West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis is just a 10 minute drive away. Just a 15 minute drive away are the popular Jurassic Coastal towns of Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay. This property is just 3 miles from the bustling town of Axminster and close by is Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and Deli. There are plenty of delightful local walks and bridleways on the doorstep.
